Our unique Lunar and Solar Series offer two distinct approaches to AcroYoga, accessible to levels of experience

Our Solar Series are the closest concept to traditional AcroYoga which incorporates L-base technique, standing work, counterbalances, inversions and more all with a healthy dose of fun, flows and finding creative transitions. 

These sessions encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and surprise yourself. In our safe and supportive space you will learn fundamentals of basing and flying, safe spotting and how to create your own flows and transitions.

Solar Method

Our Lunar Series are all about slowing down, finding calm and a deeper connection to ourselves and each other. It’s a facilitated partner practice, but not as you know it. Through specific touch inspired by sports massage, AcroYoga therapeutics and somatic work, you’ll flow through a moving meditation incorporating breathwork and sound healing components.
