  • Rob Keates

    Co-Founder

    Rob trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance for both his Honours and Masters. Rob has had an exciting and fulfilled freelance life over the past nine years and has worked with a variety of companies exploring different realms in the dance world, nationally and internationally.

    Alongside his performance work Rob has been teaching and with many other various schools, colleges, and universities nationally and internationally. He Is current a Dance Lecturer at the University of Lincoln. Rob also is a qualified Transformational Coach where he helps adults reconnect and play with element in their lives that might need a change, through playing with perspectives. Using multi-sensory tasks and adopting the thinking through talking method.

    Most recently Rob is a Level 5 Sports massage and soft tissue remedial therapist and is looking forward to developing a practice in AcroYoga that combines the two elements together. Rob is a qualified AcroYoga teacher and is using his AcroYoga partnership that reflects these multifaceted perspectives and together they are developing a unique practice.

  • Julie Havelund

    Co-Founder

    Julie is a Scandinavian Dance Artist, AcroYoga- and Yoga Teacher. Her work spans across ten years of performance, choreography, music video and video art, dramaturgy, teaching and research.

    She has worked with artists and companies including Katja Verheul, Protein Dance, Rosemary Lee, Seven Sisters Group, Tempered Body Dance Theatre and Théatre Libre

    Julie is a versatile practitioner, and holds a diverse range of training, including a 1st Class BA in Dance & Culture, 1st Class MA in Nordic Dance Studies, diploma in aerial circus arts, and over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. She is continuously evolving her movement and performance practice, and research into new ways of merging her expertise within contemporary dance, physical theatre, aerial circus, somatic practices and AcroYoga. Her partnership with Rob Keates reflects these multifaceted perspectives and together they are developing a unique practice.
